As you rest, think only about having a healthy body and fill your mind with healthy thoughts. See yourself being healthy and happy.

Praying is having a conversation with The Lord. First praise Him for your blessings, then ask for forgiveness, lastly ask about your needs

We call it work because it is not play. Think of God and do your best tomorrow

Find a restful place to sleep so your body and soul are energized for a new day. Pray to help yourself get restful sleep tonight

Today don't think about how you are limited or need help. Think about how you can learn more and give yourself chances to grow
