Today On December 10, 2024, we marched in the streets to commemorate #HumanRightsDay to demand an end to FEMICIDE together with the #EndFemicideKe Movement, We submitted our demands to authorities as the rising incidences of FEMICIDE in Kenya underscores the urgent need for comprehensive measures to protect ALL women in their diversities.
Addressing FEMICIDE requires societal change, legal reforms, and effective law enforcement to ensure safety and justice for ALL WOMEN in their Diversity!

Adolescents and persons with disabilities face significant barriers to sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services due to parental consent laws and systemic discrimination. Police harassment further deters key populations from accessing essential care. "Reproductive health rights are human rights—no one should be left behind." @Galck_ke and the National Gay and Lesbians Human Rights Commission (NGLHRC) @NGLHRC are partners working to create an enabling environment for the LGBTQ+ community to thrive and build a home in Kenya.
As partners, we are conducting a situational analysis and developing a strategy for comprehensive LGBTQ+ community engagement in electoral and political participation.

As Citizens of Kenya, the LGBTQ+ community organisations were accredited for the first time as election observers in 2022 under #QueeringTheBallot
The organisations set up innovative election observation platforms across 7 counties in Kenya, a process that offered vital lessons on strengthening democratic processes for inclusive governance of all.
