Dialed this number weekly for 5 weeks& no consistent info each time. After 2 hours yesterday we were tld that the repair center in TX is shut down & not making any repairs. Our machine was recieved there on Nov2 per fedex. No machine after 8 calls/5weeks.
@LenovoSupport no one can tell us why our computer that you all received Nov 2 per fedex has not been repaired. We keep getting the run around. You all got our money and now you get to keep our computer that we need for work as well??? Wow
@Lenovo why can't your customer support not find my computer I sent for repair 5 weeks ago to Texas!!!!!!I call customer service every week and get told something different by overseas customer service. This has been the worst computer buying experience ever. Shame on you.
