@rokas_go blurred circles -> wavy vector line above it with a thick stroke -> duplicate the lines & apply the glass effect to the lines

@xmuhammadtalha @figma @framer i appreciate the advice! however since i'm going to use gradients a lot on this project it's better to experiment in figma first, framer is a bit limiting when it comes to them, also using the blur effect a lot on framer lowers the perfomance on the page
