We strongly support the need to ensure learning from investigations and complaints, it’s not enough to have investigations without fully implementing the learning.
Very pleased to be at the @NIPSO_Comms event today, particularly struck by their call for a simple, straightforward and compassionate complaints system for all public bodies. This should also be able to identify where those cases involve a crime.
