It kind of makes me really upset when I look through pictures and pictures of students interning this summer at amazing companies and I can count the number of Black students on one hand.
If I could find over 100 talent queer Black and Latinx students studying engineering on my own, I donβt want to hear that companies that have someone that gets paid to do diversity outreach has issues. Do better.
