also, don’t get angry at employees for things they cannot help. i cannot just let someone leave the store with an item that they have not paid for!!! it’s common sense i don’t care if you come here everyday it’s still called stealing!!!
last night a customer was getting very angry at me because i wouldn’t let her leave the store with a bottle of cordial, despite her not paying the full price for it and she insisted she would go and get the rest of the money but her restaurant was busy and they needed it asap....
moral of the story is if you see a customer service worker being treated unfairly, pls stand up for them because a lot of customers don’t see us as real people so having others intervene can save us
