I’ve been feeling an unusual pain constantly for two weeks. Have no money to see a doctor and no idea how much it would cost. Since I didn’t pay for medical insurance, it must be expensive. Today, I have a fever. It’s freezing cold outside, yet I’m burning with fever. How ironic.

我中文听力不好，有时不能正确地去理解句子。因为她经常对我说“我爱你怎么也爱不够”这句中文，我理解是她说“我怎么也不够爱你”。于是一直以为她说她不爱我。结果她今天说我理解错了，而是相反的意思。但是这句话她不是说“爱不够”吗？也就是不够爱。但是为什么表达的是爱够？我还是不明白。

The oldest known 'dive log entry' may be embedded within the Epic of Gilgamesh...

Gilgamesh was the first recorded "diver" more than 4000 years ago. The cuneiform script on clay tablets recorded his dive underwater to snatch the "Plant of Eternal Youth," in 2800 BC.

The story goes that he attached heavy stones to his feet to drag him to the oceans depths. He found and took the plant before cutting the rocks from his feet to take him back to the surface. Once ashore, he felt it would be a good time for a nap and fell asleep. While sleeping a devious snake came and gobbled up the plant before poor Gilgamesh could be forever youthful!

This tale became the first documentation of breath holding.
