Very disappointed with both Samsung and Flipkart. The Samsung memory card I purchased from Flipkart is not working, and the warranty claim process has been frustrating. I expected better product quality and customer support from both brands. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.
UPDATE: My shipment has finally been delivered.
All 3 packages have been received safely.

My grievance with the National Consumer Helpline is already In Process, yet the matter remains unresolved. I request the Department of Consumer Affairs to kindly intervene and help resolve this issue.

Extremely disappointed with @DRSAgarwal (DRS Group).
I booked a shipment from Ahmedabad to Nagpur after being promised delivery in 8β10 days.
It has now been 17+ days, and my shipment is still not delivered.

Today I once again received a call assuring me that my shipment would be delivered today. However, the warehouse and driver continue to provide contradictory information, and no one can confirm the actual delivery.

I hope @DRSAgarwal resolves this matter immediately. I would prefer an amicable resolution, but if this continues, I will pursue all legal remedies available.
@airtelindia Very bad service, it's been 3 days since I applied for wifi, payment done, everything done but since then No Update on service activation. Neither your given agents try to help, nor your chat bots are giving a solution.
