It's too much for your support team to manage. All they know how to do is apologize. When something needs to be done, they can't even manage to make a phone call.
I really wouldn’t wish anyone the same experience with DJI that I’ve had. And my issues still haven’t been resolved after 11 weeks. DJI can’t return the DJI Power unit, and they won’t refund the money either, because the procedure is too complicated. It takes work and thought.
@djipowerglobal Can you do the math? You buy a DJI Power unit, it breaks, DJI fails to organise warranty service, and now you have neither the money you paid nor a working power unit. Wow, what a deal! Easy choice. Just buy literally anything else. 👍
@djipowerglobal Where would I power my DJI? Nowhere, because my DJI Power is being shuffled around Europe since DJI can't seem to organize or manage the process.
If you buy a DJI Power, you'll be in for a stressful experience when dealing with their after-sales service, which is of the lowest possible standard. DJI Support is completely incapable of handling basic processes, and all their responses are generated by AI that simply repeats empty words politely. I strongly advise against anyone buying any DJI products.
