I love football rivalry, wouldnโt change it, hope the rangers lose every fucking game they play, but the amount of English fans upset at Scottish fans mocking their lose to Argentina who are now absolutely rejoicing in Spains victory and mocking Argentina is peak hypocrisy.
@K_h__1888 Incredible how these stories emerge immediately after the club is criticised for other transfer business.....a total mystery that is obviously just coincidence ๐

If the Club wishes to avoid a repeat of the disharmony and unrest that dominated much of last season, it must act swiftly to remove Michael Nicholson and Chris McKay before the situation deteriorates further.
@MarkGilles5627 Thats exactly it Mark, what metrics is he being measured to??
As a business, a finance expert would probably be complimentary about how the club is run, EBITDA, etc but it's clear the club lacks considerably when operating in modern football operation terms.
@misterbrizo@G__S__7@JoshMcCafferty7 If thatโs your opinion fair enough but it misses the point, itโs representative once again of Celticโs atrocious dealings in the transfer market & how out of touch we are.
1 signing with 2 weeks to go until the start of the season knowing we need one of the biggest rebuilds ever
โ๏ธ ๐ณ๐ฌ Celtic Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Kelechi Iheanacho on a one-year deal, subject to international clearance, with the club having the option of a further year.

@misterbrizo@G__S__7@JoshMcCafferty7 Pretty insulting no?? Eithier take up the option or don't but to not do it and then expect him to agree to lesser terms and portray him as greedy when he doesn't is pathetic
@moomoo_captain@Quinny3001 And your point??
If the club didnt want the player fine, don't activate it, but to actually want him, not activate it and then hope you can get him cheap is an absolute insult.
Like I said, Amateur.
@JohnStewar62364@officialgeopat@ETimsNet@R0Poem Wrong, Josh Kroenke is co chair of the Board and represents the owner. I will repeat DD is a non executive director, not the owner and not the majority shareholder, it is not similiar.
Try again.
@JohnStewar62364@officialgeopat@ETimsNet@R0Poem Thats not how it works, name me another club who operates like us???
Where a non executive director with no formal executive control wields such influence???
@JimMonaghan10@aboutceltic The club can easily clarify the situation.
What we do know is the club publicly announced they had signed a contract with the player & the club had the option to extend it by a year. To choose not to do that & then renegotiate is pathetic, absolute amateur.
@GrahamSpiers Hang on Graham, your forgetting the club already agreed a contract with the player in September & had the option to activate it, the club chose not to & to renegotiate previously agreed terms.
Now we portray a greedy player simply to take the heat of the club????
@K_h__1888 Something that seems to be lost on many.....a deal was already AGREED, when he signed in September, Celtic had the option to extend by a year on agreed terms. Celtic backed out and tried to renegotiate, now blaming a greedy player...DISGUSTING

@btrainer73 The deal for Iheanacho was already done, it was agreed in September when he signed, all they had to do was activate it.
Its bullshit to suggest the players demands scuppered anything, Celtic renegotiated what they had already agreed!!!
