Finally the new 18m VHF/UHF tower is up and running. Hopefully it will make a blast of a signal in UK and help me work new squares and DX. Location JO46CM 5km from north sea,

Two awards for the wall, DXCC on 6m, I worked 994 squares and 147 DXCC's since 2014 on Magic Band. Also I finally worked 50 squares WAS award mixed. #ov3t #hamradio

OV3T SWL on 8m 40MHz with homebrew gainmaster w/ a Q-match. Works better than dipole and Delta loop i tested. EA8 signal improves a lot switching between dipole 12m agl and gainmaster 10m agl tip height. V/H Pol can change but signal is about the same on ref vertical and dipole

Anorher opening to Brazil on 6m. Some where strong enough to have worked on ssb/cw. This season I see the ssb/cw trend growing again after a few years with ft8 only. I believe there is a place for both 👍 #6m #ov3t
