Today, you can build a product in a weekend. You still can't fund it without a lawyer, a cap table, and a decade-long commitment.
🧩We've identified 10 open problems builders of the agentic internet need to solve.
We've set aside capital against this thesis and we're opening a Request for Builders today.
We backed @Thoron_US and @t_koll because critical infrastructure needs reliable drones with trusted supply chains, built by people who understand the realities of operating them. The team’s integrated hardware and software approach brings our Atoms thesis to life: sovereign industrial capability, starting with utility inspection and building towards AI-driven maintenance.
Fund II will invest across pre-seed to series A equity startups to crypto 2.0 token economies and the weird and novel structures we expect to emerge in the Post Web as Zero to One dies and morphs into Zero to Many, of systems over startups.
If you are building across these domains, hit us up. Full thesis: https://t.co/NMvGV0Sp2K

As world order collapses the TAM for sovereignty is growing est. to be a $275T+ market by 2036.
Nation states, companies, neo-collectives & individuals all want agentic infrastructure that guarantees their increasingly contested sovereignty.
We back hybrid (human / agent) teams building systems with four properties that we believe will command a sovereignty premium:
privacy by default,
permissionless by architecture,
verifiable by anyone,
with freedom to exit as a built-in right.
Our bet is cryptographic systems can deliver trustful protocols that scale.

🧩No 4: Verification without managers
Someone committed capital against a milestone. Humans and agents did the work.
Who confirms the milestone was hit?
Capital can't flow programmatically if there's no credible verification layer.
Are you working on this? Talk to us.
10 Open Problems Builders of the Agentic Internet Need to Solve
🧩No 3: Trust without institutions
No employer. No performance review. No credential.
How does a builder's track record follow them across projects? How does an agent's output history become a credential?
Reputation needs a new foundation, one that's verifiable and portable.
Does it resonate or not? Is trust without institutions even possible? Tell us more.
I agree wholeheartedly that so many good teams got totally priced out of TGEs unfortunately it’s a gentrification curve - first ones to the game take the most risk but if things go well they get to stamp their name on it. Few years down the line and you can’t accomplish anything without serious backing, a group of lawyers, 3marketing agencies, market makers- the list is endless. The same system that once supported true innovation and independence became commoditized and no longer serves the same purpose. And then it got further corrupted by the rise of memecoins - where a token is no longer representative of true work but rather becomes a purely symbolic cultural element. It’s hard to see where real builders fit into this equation and how to sort the wheat from the chaff ergo we need to talk about it.
Thanks for your support! We’re glad that our thesis and what we do resonates with you!
10 Open Problems Builders of the Agentic Internet Need to Solve
🧩 No 1: Funding without equity
You can build a product in a weekend. You still can't fund it without a lawyer, a cap table, and a decade-long commitment.
The investor wants exposure. The builder wants funding. Neither fits inside a ten-year equity structure for something that might live four months.
Something has to replace this.
This is an open invite to a conversation - Do you agree? Do you disagree? Why?

🧩No 2: Ownership without cap tables
Two people build something over a weekend. It works.
How do they split what it's worth — now and later — without lawyers, contracts, or corporate structure?
What happens when one of them is an agent? When the code was pair-written with something that doesn't sign contracts — the whole model breaks down.
Ownership needs to work at the speed things are actually built.
Do you agree or disagree?
