Ken found fame as the main dancer and lead vocalist of the hugely popular, chart-topping, record-breaking, top-selling Philippine Group #SB19! He is known for his distinctive deep bass voice and wide vocal range, his charismatic presence onstage, his powerful sharp dance moves and unique vibe! He is a real musician and learnt how to play several instruments at a very young age inspired by his Uncle. Ken contributes hip-hop and R&B influences to the group while pursuing a successful solo career as #Felip, releasing tracks blending rap, rock, and emotional ballads. As a key member of the trailblazing SB19, Ken remains a stylish, multifaceted performer and a quiet yet powerful presence in the group.

Ken officially debuted with SB19 in October 2018 on their debut single,"Tilaluha" (lit. 'tearful')! In 2019 the group became famous when their dance practice video for their 2nd single "Go Up", went viral! The Band released their debut studio album 'Get in the Zone' on July 31, 2020 and soon became the leaders of the Pinoy pop (P-pop) industry!

Ken made a very impressive debut as a solo artist in 2021 with his self-written R & B ballad, "Palayo" under his real name Felip followed by the hip-hop tinged "Bulan" in 2022. His debut solo EP 'Complex' was released via Warner Music Philippines on January 19, 2023, preceded by its lead single "Rocksta"! The 6-track hip-hop record took its name from "a play on the many meanings of the word complex. It has lyrics in English and Cebuano. Journalists described the EP as autobiographical and unapologetic. On February 10, Ken released the music video for the EP's closing song "Straydogs", which was filmed in Japan. He later did live performances for each of the EP's songs called "Superior Sessions Live".

On May 19, 2023, SB19 released "Gento", the lead single off their second EP 'Pagtatag'! The song was a huge commercial success, going viral on TikTok which helped introduce SB19 to viewers in other countries, including the US. 'Pagtatag!' was released on June that same month. SB19 became self-managed after they created their own company 1Z Entertainment. In September, Felip performed at Music Matters Live 2023 in Singapore, marking his first solo performance at an international music festival, followed boy by a solo show in Clarke Quay. On February 28, 2025, SB19 released "Dam," the first single from the EP 'Simula', which dropped on April 25. SB19's Simula at Wakas sold out World Tour kicked off at the Philippine Arena on May 31, 2025! On September 16, Ken released his On July 5th, 2024 Ken released his highly anticipated debut solo full-length album '7 Sins', a nine-track album he described as a "journey of acknowledging human shortcomings." The songs also represent the seven deadly sins and the feelings and emotions connected to each sin! On September 16, 2025 he dropped '7sins: the album concert' live album!

Ken has won numerous awards as a member of SB19 and In April 2021, SB19 became the first Filipino act to be nominated for a Billboard Music Award when they became a contender for the fan-voted category Top Social Artist. Ken has also won several Awards as a Solo Artist including 4 Wish Music Awards for Breakthrough Artist in 2023, and Wishclusive R&B Performance of the Year for "Palayo" and Hip Hop Performance for "Rocksta" both in 2024 and Wish Rock/Alternative Song of the Year for "Kanako" in 2025! He also won Breakthrough Artist at the 2023 Push Awards, Top Performing Artist of the Year at the 2024 PPOP Awards and Solo Artist of the Year and PPOP Favorite Dancer of the Year at the 2025 PPOP Awards!

Ken is also an award winning Fashion Icon and In recent years, he's been hailed as a master of streetwear for his signature all-black layered looks, oversized silhouettes, textured fabrics, and standout accessories like Balenciaga spike sunglasses, Vetements necklaces, Diesel belts, and powerhouse footwear such as Alexander McQueen punk boots and Prada combat boots. His off-duty vibe often features Balenciaga, baggy jeans, oversized tees, and chunky combat boots, while his solo artist persona amps up the rockstar energy with leather pieces, animal prints like leopard tops that hug his frame perfectly, flare trousers, cropped jackets, and even experimental blends of menswear and womenswear. As the founder of his streetwear brand SUPERIOR SON, which sells out instantly, and with features in outlets like Vogue, Nylon, and MEGA, Felip's fearless authenticity described as "ice and fire" keeps pushing boundaries, earning constant praise from fans and stylists alike for owning runways, red carpets, and everyday moments with effortless cool. He was honoured by VP Choice Awards with the Fashion Influencer of the Year 3 years in a row (2020 - 2022) and the Fashion Influencer of the Year (HALL OF FAME) Award in 2023!

Ken inspires widespread charity efforts among his fans, known as A'TIN and his personal supporters (often called Sisiws or Superior Siwson), who frequently organize donation drives, outreach projects, and events in his honor, especially around his birthday. These include supporting homes for the aged (ParaKENloloatlola), children's villages, animal welfare like eagle conservation, autism-focused initiatives (e.g., AUsome Rocksta events in Cebu providing resources for kids with mild autism or intellectual disabilities), and disaster relief aligned with SB19's group efforts, such as Tropical Storm Kristine aid in 2024.
