I have more than 3 case studies of white elephants Shopping Malls in Bulawayo like Khumalo Shopping Mall for ZEIPF or ZESAPF. Bulawayo is too slow on everything and its population and buying power is low. I hope a comprehensive market survey, and feasibility studies were conducted. With recommendations, not based on emotions but facts. I wish they are not creating a white elephant again. Tenants may come but after 3-5 years they start disappearing. Bookmark this
