@JulianSwiftHook Hi, so sorry to hear you are having that issue. Our team is not on the unit, however I will pass this message to the team that is down there at present. I would keep trying through switch and the unit have a handheld phone that they can take to ur mum so that u can speak to her.
Tomorrow our unit officially reopens it’s doors! Our team has hugely upskilled during COVID as the unit was closed they redeployed and became acute med/surg, screening, and genmed! Now we bring our team back together and back in our home! @HHFTnhs@ElderlyCareHHFT@KatieThomson2

@overtonunit had a busy day today! Our #activitycoordinator@AlisiaBevan gathered some helpers to begin making some festive decorations! The Unit also hosted a raffle, raising £25 for Children in Need. Not only that, we celebrated Matrons last day before maternity leave too!
