I had misfortune and harrowing experience of travelling by AI 2025 on 3 Feb from Delhi to Frankfurt business class. My seat number was 8C Aircraft was worse than an old roadways rickety bus.

@airindia I think first you must refurbish old planes. It was such an ordeal to travel business class Delhi-FRA on 3 Feb. Old rickety plane which will even put roadways bus to shame. No one even reads customer feedback.
