Hello
I’ve built probably the first working Nintendo Switch 2 emulator in the world.
There are many WIP and highly experimental things, but... it is finally working!

@nyanishly@ThePhawx@theetaprime@OrdinaryGamers@digitalfoundry@nintendolife Thanks for warm words, . The amount of hate and fake accusations is enormous - like always when we share some new project. The "malware", "AI generated", "fake screenshot", etc. The same situation as when Eden was in early state, but now... everyone uses it. It’s funny to me.
@wedegooglenow@ThePhawx@theetaprime@OrdinaryGamers@digitalfoundry@nintendolife But for people is easier to say that it is malware or vibe coded, than just take a look on repo or code.
I don't know which one is malware now Pound or Compound - and what may be the reason, to make the emulator, thousands lines of open source-code, and also... malware. :D
There are many supportive comments, but also quite a few negative ones - even though the repository is open to everyone, and everyone can check the project.
Friends and my team tell me, "There's no point in you arguing with bots," and perhaps they’re right. Wishing everyone a great day.
Stay tuned for further Compound updates (or me found by a hitman hired by Nintendo)! :)
Nintendo taken down my previous Switch 1 emulator Eden/Sumi (about which people on Reddit also told, that it is impossible to emulate Switch, and banned me) - but someone wisher than me created backup, and the Eden has really amazing team, doing amazing work.

@tetsuo_88@ThePhawx@theetaprime@OrdinaryGamers@digitalfoundry@nintendolife AI-written emulation (especially SM86 → SPIR-V → Vulkan adaptation) inspired by "pound" codebase, with a well-organized, preserved codebase and architecture? Yeah... maybe it is vibecoded, Claude or Chat GPT probably seen many times work like this. :)
