Dear @Blizzard_Ent and @OW_Esports,
​For too long, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) community has felt like an afterthought in your global roadmap. Currently, we lack Arabic language localization, official support, and a designated region to help our talent achieve their path-to-pro dreams.
​Despite significant competitive disadvantages—specifically playing on 100ms+ latency against European counterparts on low ping—our region has thrived. We have cultivated one of the largest and most passionate player bases in the world, producing top-tier talent that competes at the highest levels.
​My question is: Why is this potential being ignored? We are asking for a dedicated MENA region, similar to the infrastructure provided for Japan and the Pacific. Give our players a fair playing field and the support they have earned.
