🚮 While devaluation of a credit card, it must be either of 2 options for protecting consumer rights -

1️⃣ Refund pro-rated annual fee if customer wants to cancel the credit card after devaluation

2️⃣ Devaluation must be applicable only at the time of renewal and then customer can choose either to continue or close the card
