If Nigeria was giving N75,000 to “millions” of Nigerians monthly, consumption would NOT have collapsed by nearly 90% in Q2 2024, according to the NBS.

I challenge the Federal Government to show the metadata of these disbursements, note, not personal information.

1. The wards where this N75,000 was distributed.

2. Whether funds were disbursed in cash or paid into bank accounts (if cash was paid, its “audio” ).

3. Name of the bank.

4. The digital tax charged by the bank when the funds were disbursed.

This information can be retrieved in a day.

Example

“Ward x, has 1234 recipients, they were paid a total of Nxx via bank X, total digital tax was Nxx.”

They will NEVER provide this, they don't have this information.
