@Top100Rick Even Olympic athletes get subsidized. The amounts you list aren't enough to cry about, just covers their expenses and some of their projected losses for skipping a paying event, basically, plus a little for their charities.
@Top100Rick Problem is that golf used to be run by, and for, golfers. Now, its run by corporations for people on corporate accounts who play golf. Like medical insurance, when someone else is paying the tab other than the consumer, it becomes more expensive.
@LouStagner It's out of control. More fun to hit a local muni, get paired up with a couple good ol boys, and enjoy a beer and dog in the clubhouse after with them.
@Top100Rick Arnie once said that three things make a golf course great: Scenery, fun, and challenge. He also said that every golf course out there is someone's favorite, and all for good reasons. Personally, I lean toward scenery and the "hard par/easy bogey" style, rather than do or die.
@BrandiKruse Sad to see an AG who never did his job, only pursued political action for left extremism. But 70 percent of King County doesn't know the difference between boys and girls.
The "Coven" is already entertaining. They enter, people are standing and politely clapping with all mouths closed, yet the sound play is wild cheering, while the camera shows that crowd. "I'm profoundly disturbed."
"I'm worried about my mother....(what is your salary?)."
Laughing my head off, watching msnbc just for entertainment. They're nothing but negative, obvious spite, can't even pretend to be Americans. Can't count the number of things they're upset about.
In this presidential election you cannot vote Harris/Walz as a Christian. Their policies are demonic. This is the hill every Christian should die on over the next 24 hours.
@Top100Rick One of the things I like in the photos is, no redundant hazards. IOW, no fairway bunker shot with a tree also in the way. Can't tell you how many "great" courses I hear about have unnecessarily penal features.
