Back at the psychiatric unit today. It's been a rough couple of weeks, but my heroic husband has been looking after me, and I'm being a good boy with my meds, and I'll be back on the horse soon. I feel I've a responsibility to share stuff like this because someone might feel a bit less ashamed, a bit less alone.

The aul PTSD and depression is gas, its like a toxic mate you cut out of your life, then the minute something goes wrong he turns up at your door with a bag of cans and a suitcase 😂

So if you're feeling hurt or hopeless, if you think life is too sad or too scary, then I want you to imagine someone who loves you. Now see yourself through their eyes, feel how they feel when they look at you. Get the help you deserve, I promise you won't regret it. If you were looking for a sign to speak to your GP, consider this it! ❤👍🏻
