How much of your $232 million net worth are you pledging to pay for healthcare for poor kids and families in California?

More importantly, how is a wealth tax going to solve the state’s problems of wasteful spending? Since 2019 California General Fund spending has already increased over 100 billion dollars (the same amount you plan to raise!) — 30 billion alone for expanding or new programs. Why was that not enough?

If $100B didn’t solve California’s problems over the past 5 years, how is it magically going to solve them over the next 5? Why should taxpayers keep funding California’s mismanagement?

First marathon! (4:14:05)
Most picturesque run I’ve ever been on. Running up to the Golden Gate Bridge with the sunrise was the cherry on top, so beautiful.

I’m super proud of my time despite originally aiming for around 3h30. Finishing my degree at UNH and moving to Baltimore threw more than a wrench into my training plan and I was pretty nervous about hitting a wall a lot sooner than it happened (around mile 22). Longest run before today was only two weeks ago, 13.2 miles.

Really glad my friend Charles invited me to come run this with him (and massive props to him for a sub 3 hour run, these hills were intense!)
