You spend thousands to expect an airline to staff a plane properly. When they can’t do that right you atleast expect them to take accountability. Forced me to spend hundreds in extra travel stay and food. Then won’t even take the time of day to respond. Never flying w/ them.
@AmericanAir absolutely sucks. Missed my meeting in Chicago on Thursday night because we had to unboard due to a flight attendant timing out. When I requested reimbursement they sent me an automated response email. When I complained about the email, they sent the same email. Cmon
