@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp@AirbnbPolicy Arriving to a booking that listed an elevator to find a non-working elevator is not grounds for cancelation and rebooking? Seriously? So if I can’t reach my apartment I’m just out of luck? How disability friendly…
@Airbnb 2 of your employees have now told me that not having a working elevator in an apartment that lists an elevator is NOT grounds for a cancellation and rebooking. So if I can’t even access the apartment I’m just out of luck or what? How disability friendly of you
As a travel journalist that flys on average 2x per month, I have never been more disappointed in an airline than I am with @qatarairways . During a 20 hour layover on a business class ticket my 18-month-old and I were treated like complete trash in the Business class lounge.
@AirCanada you cancelled my flight (with my infant) on the morning of travel and rerouted me out of an airport 3 hours away and I just got an email telling me I won’t receive any kind of refund? Not even for the $200 Uber it took the get there? Are you sure?
@fndyrhappyplate I thought I was exceptionally unlucky when it came to getting itineraries the day before or even UPON ARRIVAL. What a wild thing that this is so common.
@McDonalds@McDonaldsMexico There are some wild inaccuracies on your McDonalds Mexico Allergen Warnings on your official website. This is dangerous and scary as a mom of a child with allergies.
