@ClintonAlaoma @solor3bel ‘Ordering and Arranging' is just one subtype of OCD, not a requirement. 'No outside shoes' falls under Contamination OCD. You don't need every symptom for a formal diagnosis, and whether she’s formally diagnosed or not, judging OCD by a messy room just spreads misinformation.

@ClintonAlaoma @solor3bel That’s not how diagnoses work at all. OCD is simply having intrusive fears (obsessions) and safety rituals (compulsions). Subtypes are just different ways it shows up. Having it manifest in just ONE way is textbook OCD, you don't need to have them all.
