@RoyalMailHelp Just to follow this up, I booked for a Royal Mail collection from home on the Tuesday. They failed to collect it. I rebooked for Wednesday, they failed to collect it again, so I rebooked for today. Once again, they failed to collect. How do I make a formal complaint?

Tried to buy a packet of biscuits from Worthing @Poundland today only to to be told at the till "Sorry, we can't sell those to you, they're not on our system"! They were on the shelf, with a price advertised in front of them, so why can't you sell them? Not very professional.

Has anybody else found the @Confused_com quotes aren't accurate? They told me I could get @TheAA_UK car insurance for £283.36 but when I clicked on "Buy" it took me to the AA website which then quoted me £366.97, almost 30% higher that I'd been originally quoted. Not impressed.

Really disappointed, I bought a @DunlopBadminton BlackStorm Graphite racket on 5th Feb only for the frame to break whilst playing last night. I know it's not a top-end racket but surely they should last longer than this?
