Like you can argue he’s not been a good boss/mentor/coworker but I don’t think you can argue he hasn’t been a good doctor at any point this season. He is always that at his core. (He just need something other than that to support his self worth)

I love The Pitt but one downside of the format is people extrapolate “they always behave like this” from their behaviour on one day. No, they’re like this today! On a bad day! How are you on your bad days? Yes that needs to be softened by actions that show it’s OOC for them

I think a lot of people ragebait Seungkwan (I get it buddy) but I think Vernon is the one he forgives the easiest and quickest.
