@UberEats Don't get excited, you will never get a refund, more chance to raise the Titanic, Uber are awful I will never use again. Try doing an indemnity claim via your card company if you paid by card, its the best option as Uber will fob you off

Trying to get a refund as the driver did not leave at door or call. Easier to raise the Titanic than get it even when Uber are at fault. Look at the replies I get, all not answering the 3 questions in my complaint and now I am threatened with blocking
