@killiansholmes I’m glad you’re making progress at getting better at feeling better. It definitely is hard, especially when your brain chemistry is fighting against you
@killiansholmes I’m glad you were able to calm down. 🩷 Even if our circumstances aren’t exactly the same, I know how overwhelming those feelings can get and how even when the largest wave passes, a lot can still linger. But you’re right. It too will pass. TBH, that’s a reminder I needed too
@killiansholmes I was going to reply to another post but since you deleted it I will just say here that I am sorry you are feeling the way you are, I hope it passes and that taking a break or whatever you need to do helps.

@killiansholmes I like giving but I always get stressed about finding something “perfect” or not having good ideas for people. And when I want to make something it feels like it won’t be good enough. Do you have any tips on how you decide what to gift someone?
