My uncle is panicking. He’s running against a strong Black woman—and a former prosecutor—who isn’t afraid to call him out or mock him. Montgomery, Alabama authorities address the brawl:

- The captain of the riverboat remained away from the dock for 40-45 minutes because the private boat was blocking
- The owners of the boat confronted the co-captain of the riverboat, were obscene and aggressive. “He was doing his job.”
- 13 people were detained, but were ultimately released.
- Richard Roberts , 48, white male, warrant for assault 3rd
- Allen Todd, white male, one warrant pending
- Zachary Shipman, 25, white male, one warrant pending
- These are misdemeanor charges
- All of the warrants are for the owners of the private boat.
-One is in custody, two are set to turn themselves in.
- Reggie Gray, the man wielding the folding chair, is being asked to contact the police department.
-The investigation is ongoing and more charges are likely.

The same report reveals that Special Counsel Jack Smith is finally finished gathering testimony and evidence for his expansive investigation into Donald Trump's illegal mishandling classified documents.

Additional reports indicate that the most recent leg of the investigation is focused on Donald Trump's efforts to obstruct justice. We now know that Trump and his staff received explicit training from the National Archives about proper document handling and preservation. They then proceeded to violate that training.

Whatever comes of Jack Smith's probe, the ultimate prosecutorial decision will fall to Biden's Attorney General Merrick Garland if the grand jury recommends an indictment.

BREAKING: A Trump supporter is arrested by the FBI and charged with detonating an explosive device inside a Capitol tunnel during the deadly Jan. 6th insurrection.

The traitor in question — who unsurprisingly hails from Florida — allegedly “worked with other rioters to violently push against fully uniformed police officers attempting to keep individuals out of the Capitol Building."

The man then threw “an explosive device into the entranceway" and the blast inflicted hearing damage on Capitol police officers, some of whom thought that it was a grenade and that they might die.

He now faces 12 charges including assault, resisting and impeding officers with a deadly weapon, and a felony explosives charge.

The recently-passed Florida death penalty law for rape (ruled unconstitutional by Kennedy vs Louisiana, 2008) included two clauses to specifically protect known Florida GOP pedophiles:

1. Rape must be of a child under age 12 (protects Gaetz and a bunch of others)
2. Rape must be serial (you get a freebie for the first one)

This is Ron Peri. He is a DeSantis lackey who was appointed to DeSantis' board to oversee the Reedy Creek District.

Today, the board voted to file a frivolous lawsuit against Disney (after Disney sued them for First Amendment violations, among others).

Apparently, Peri is very upset that the board has been (accurately) portrayed as a political weapon of Desantis, and he is distraught that news coverage frequently brings up a quote of his in which he implied he thought drinking tap water could make people gay.

Here's what he said last January. You be the judge:

“So why are there homosexuals today? There are any number of reasons, you know, that are given. Some would say the increase in estrogen in our societies. You know, there’s estrogen in the water from birth control pills. They can’t get it out... The level of testosterone in men broadly in America has declined by 50 points in the past 10 years. Ron DeSantis just spent over $600,000 of Florida tax dollars on private flights across the world in a bumbling and humiliating attempt to appear presidential.

To add to that, the local governing board he installed to oversee Disney just voted to countersue Disney after Disney filed a lawsuit against them over their blatant First Amendment violations.

Florida is currently draining tax dollars on useless, hateful and performative stunts and has an absent governor as the state's real crises intensify by the day.

In the state of Iowa, Republicans rolled back child labor laws to allow 14 year olds to WORK in meatpacking plants.
