@MUFCScoop Such is life. If you had forced him, he might not have been fully committed. Sometimes, people are more dedicated to a decision when they make it themselves rather than being compelled by others.🙏👍
You think you're the only one who knows how to play along? I'm very good at it too. I can even know everything you've been saying behind my back and still smile and laugh with you as if nothing happened.
You can eat whatever you want, but you cannot say whatever you want.
Freedom of choice does not eliminate responsibility. While everyone is entitled to their personal preferences, opinions, and beliefs, the words we speak carry consequences. What we say can build bridges or create divisions, inspire hope or spread hostility.
Freedom of expression is a right, but it is not a license for recklessness, abuse, defamation, or the deliberate spread of falsehood. Wisdom lies not only in having a voice but also in knowing how, when, and what to say.
Choose your words carefully, they often outlive the moment in which they are spoken.
We Are the System We Complain About.
“Government, government, government”, that is the refrain we hear every day. But who exactly is the government?
Are we not, collectively, part of the government and the very system we so often criticize? Whenever individuals act irresponsibly or fail in their civic duties, the blame is quickly shifted to “the government” or “the system.” Yet, what truly makes up the system if not the people themselves?
The truth is that the system is a reflection of us — our attitudes, our choices, our conduct, and the values we uphold within our homes, workplaces, communities, and political circles. A society cannot continuously condemn corruption while celebrating dishonesty. We cannot demand accountability from leaders while excusing indiscipline among ourselves.
Every act of integrity strengthens the system, just as every act of negligence weakens it. The change we seek in government must first be demonstrated in our daily actions. Responsible citizenship, respect for the rule of law, honesty, and commitment to the common good are the building blocks of a functional society.
Before pointing fingers at the government, it is important to look inward and ask: “Am I contributing positively to the system, or am I part of the problem I complain about?”
A better government begins with better citizens. After all, the system is not some distant entity—it is the collective expression of who we are and what we choose to tolerate.
Happy New Month!
A new month is here, and with it comes fresh opportunities, renewed hope, and greater possibilities.
May God order your steps, crown your efforts with success, and grant you peace in all your endeavors. May every disappointment of the past month give way to testimonies, breakthroughs, and divine favor. May your health be sound, your joy be full, and your expectations never be cut short.
Remember: delay is not denial; God's timing is always perfect.
Welcome to a month of progress, grace, and abundant blessings.
Happy New Month to you and your loved ones. May God be with you every step of the way. 🙏🏾 #HappyNewMonth #NewMonthBlessings #GodIsAlwaysOnPoint
Capital YES! But before attempting to lecture others, perhaps you should first focus on resolving the dispute between your twin brothers. Until then, it would be very difficult to take your interventions seriously. Otherwise, you are simply ashamed as another comedian seeking attention rather than offering solutions.
@jon_d_doe@ay_mister@jerrymejh Abusing someone mother!
I sincerely hope you find the healing, maturity, and wisdom needed to rise above this level of myopic mind.
Delay is not denial. Sometimes, the position you weep over is far too small for the greater place destiny is preparing you for. What seems like a setback today may simply be a divine redirection toward something bigger, better, and more fulfilling.
God is always on point. He sees the end from the beginning and knows exactly where each path leads. When one door closes or an opportunity is delayed, it is often because He is aligning you with a purpose greater than what you can presently see. Stay patient, remain focused, and trust His timing. What is meant for you will come at the right time and in the right way.
What appears to be a delay today may be God's way of preparing you for a destiny far greater than your expectations.
The Yoruba have a wise saying: "Only a stubborn fly follows a corpse to the grave." This proverb teaches an important lesson about blind loyalty, poor judgment, and the consequences of refusing to heed warnings.
A fly that insists on following a corpse all the way to the grave ultimately perishes with it. In the same way, individuals who stubbornly attach themselves to a failing cause, a misguided leader, or a destructive path often end up sharing in the negative consequences. Wisdom demands that people recognize danger, learn from experience, and know when to change direction.
Life presents many opportunities to reassess our choices and avoid unnecessary pitfalls. Those who ignore sound advice, reject constructive criticism, and persist in actions that lead nowhere may find themselves trapped by the very circumstances they refused to escape.
The lesson is simple: stubbornness without wisdom can lead to ruin. It is always better to be guided by reason, truth, and foresight than to follow a doomed course out of pride, sentiment, or blind allegiance.
There are no shortcuts. Emergency politicians whose only talent is content creation around public incitement cannot smuggle their way to poLitical power. Know this and know peace. Perpetual agitation has its limits. These ones have no intention to serve anyone but to do far worse than they have ever criticized.🪴
You want the truth?
It has not. The reforms were not meant to improve the quality of life and living conditions of ordinary Nigerians in obvious ways yet.
According to IFC, reforms typically take between 2 and 10 years before ordinary citizens feel the effects in a broad and obvious way.
0–2 years: Citizens often feel the pain first:
-subsidy removal
-inflation
- currency devaluation
-layoffs/restructuring
- tax increases
2–5 years: If reforms are consistent, countries may start seeing:
-lower inflation
-currency stability
-improved investor confidence
-job creation in new sectors
-infrastructure improvements
5–10+ years: The deeper societal impacts usually emerge:
-higher incomes
-productivity growth
-stronger institutions
-better living standards
-more stable private sector growth
Everything listed above is according to the IMF, the OECD, and the WB. It is well researched especially during the reforms of the Asian tigers and Eastern Europe.
I can defend this further, but please tell me you rest this with honesty and you can't see that we are perfectly in line with the timelines.
I fear the mistake is that most media aides of the Presidency didn't communicate this well to people enough, and to be honest, I get it, nobody loves to hear that the next couple of years would be for suffering.
Curse out Asiwaju for the security issues all you want; I will totally support you. But you see this economy side: while more can certainly be done, the team has done the unprecedentals by African standards.
@adeoluwa09@UNOFFICIALFACT@princepark5252@NigeriaNDCHQ@inecnigeria Who is this nincompoop with such myopic reasoning, blabbing nonsense just like his fake and pretentious principal, Peter Obi? Instead of presenting facts and sensible arguments, he chooses to rely on empty noise and misguided sentiments.
