Hopefully at least some gonna learn from that crap what happens when a bunch of people are constantly bullshitting each other over a long period of time
@Coach_Spilo Also cooperation between opposing teams before and during the scrim help players to think about partners in less of an ego way, if it makes sense. Narrowing down practice focus is shifting it to "we're working on specific stuff, they're working on specific stuff".
@Coach_Spilo I feel like the bigger problem is that its harder to organize productive, useful goal-driven scrims (consider teams relative strength, playstyles to prac against, maps) when you're having an external scrim partner. Solving that -> minimizing reinforcement issues
@natterOW@Noukky There are some professional qualities that can not be evaluated properly during the short trial period. One of the reasons is not being able to simulate actual situation they got to work on (pressure, etc).
@Bulle_ow Wasnt really thinking about that much, but i can see a point that if less things can be solved by the team synergy, then there can be more necessity to counterpick (to mirror for example). So both skill and ability to flex are mandatory in that case. But idk, just a thought
