@realDonaldTrump The differences are that tariffs are passed on to U.S. consumers, not Mexico and that your NAFTA2.0 has not been authorized by Congress yet so it's not doing anything.

The US Treasury receives nothing from a trade deals — unless companies trading with Mexico and/or Canada have higher taxable incomes and pay more in federal taxes. Which would still be Americans funding the silly wall.
