Rent in Ghana has become a survival test. People are paying 1-2 years in advance at exorbitant prices,affordable housing is just talk, and landlords break laws with no consequences. We can't keep normalising this. Everyone deserves a safe,fair place to live. @rentcontrolgh

The question people who are voicing out concerns about generative AI should be asking is how are those platforms made and how do we prevent people from abusing the possibilities of this tech and how do we make sure people who abuse such technology, are brought to book?
