Hello @RSAWEB team. Please help me understand why you believes it is ethical to debit my account despite the fact that we have gone almost 3 weeks with no service. How do you justify charging your customers for a service you are not providing and ignoring their queries on it

@RSAWEB the explanation provided by your team post my complaint is not good enough and I expect a refund. You saying you can’t stop debiting your customers bank account while admitting that you are not providing the service you are billing them for is not good enough.

@RSAWEB its been two weeks we’ve been without internet. You also do not want to cancel your service and release the fibre line so i can move to different ISP. So you ensure I can’t move but don‘t provide the service am paying for, is this how you treat your customers fairly?
