ILITY Official Update | Security Incident Recovery & Bridge Development Progress

Dear ILITY Community,

We would like to share a positive update regarding the security incident that affected the ILITY cross-chain bridge on October 17, 2026.

Since the incident, the ILITY team has been actively working on asset recovery, security improvements, and the restoration of our cross-chain infrastructure.
We are pleased to report that more than 70% of the affected ILY tokens have now been recovered through our team's efforts.
This represents a significant milestone in our recovery process.

(1) Asset Recovery & Law Enforcement Cooperation
We continue to work closely with the Seychelles Police Force and relevant cryptocurrency exchanges to investigate the incident, trace the affected assets, and pursue further recovery opportunities.
Through ongoing coordination and our own recovery efforts, we have made substantial progress in addressing the incident.
While certain investigative and compliance procedures remain ongoing, we are committed to pursuing the recovery of the remaining affected assets wherever possible.

(2) Bridge Infrastructure & Security Improvements
Alongside the recovery process, our technical team has been working on strengthening the ILITY cross-chain bridge infrastructure.
Our current efforts focus on enhancing security, reviewing the bridge architecture, and improving overall operational stability.
We are preparing further updates regarding the bridge and its next operational phase, which we expect to share soon.
Security and reliability remain our highest priorities, and any operational reopening will be subject to the necessary technical and security checks.

(3) Moving Forward
The progress achieved so far reflects our continued commitment to protecting the ILITY ecosystem and rebuilding community confidence.

Our priorities remain clear:
- Continue pursuing the recovery of remaining affected assets.
- Maintain close cooperation with law enforcement and exchanges.
- Strengthen bridge security and infrastructure.
- Prepare for the next phase of cross-chain operations.

With more than 70% of the affected ILY tokens recovered, we are making meaningful progress toward recovery and the next stage of development.
