@DynamicWebPaige would love to know how it goes, and if I can be of help beyond making suggestions!

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@DynamicWebPaige Perhaps developing a healthy suspicion for granting access to one’s account or device? eg a service provider does not usually need to have your password / 2FA code / unattended access to the device

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@kvlly @TwitterSupport This was it, thank you for sharing! Sadly the phantom notification comes back if I reenable the filter 😐

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@LauraGrimaNeuro Most that I’ve seen recently are from https://t.co/T9LKvY1Isk and https://t.co/e17HRFdit6. There is some open source code linked with the original paper, but the transformer model itself is closed source as far as I know.

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@engineering_bae A strategy from @lara_hogan I’ve found very useful: near the start of your working/reporting relationship, find out *how* the other person prefers to receive praise and constructive feedback (eg written/spoken, private/public), and respect that preference as much as possible.

@AbeehaTariqArt Riddle of the Runes and Way of the Waves by Janina Ramirez - they are a Viking detective series. My nephew raced through them around that age.

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@visakanv There’s a lovely dialogue in Hades when Asterius learns about Zagreus’s mother returning. Can’t find the exact words, but it’s on the lines of “My mother was a Queen too. May yours treat you better than mine treated me.” I appreciated that attention to detail.

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@theworstdev @venikunche I like https://t.co/uCFiEq5dGR and https://t.co/v5lsoHrNo0 for the friendly prose and good explanations

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@a_taiyib Pibling comes up occasionally, to complement nibling. For some reason the former hasn’t quite caught on 😄

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@a_taiyib LOL I realised my reply was ambiguous. Same gown and hood regardless of season, only varies by degree.

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@a_taiyib *would be a great idea

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@a_taiyib Winter variations are a great idea!
The hood and gown styles vary by degree - this is the one for BA and fortunately it is quite warm!

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@davidfowl And now the COVID vaccine, as of Oct!

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@a_taiyib I am in a castle full of untrusted people. Why am I getting no mail? Clearly because my loved ones have forgotten me. 🤨

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@basalberts someone needs to grab the pwnftester handle I think

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@carambalache The fact that almost the entire degree depends on exams at the end is a particular source of horror.

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@thingskatedid Isn’t it. I also appreciate the one that generates a fractal tree with decreasing branch proportions

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@kamaroyl @thingskatedid You could do this based on audience choices! It will converge to the Sierpiński triangle https://t.co/zC3yVxF1iA

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@hkashfi @pwntester Glad you found it useful!

[aditya @OxfordMaths]

@carambalache moving Bannon to the end might also work
