@jessicamilnera I think it helps get the attention of an agent or editor who otherwise might not looked twice, as it shows some existing traction with an audience. But if it's still not the right fit, they prob won't take it on anyhow. I would start to query just to get the practice!

To preserve our own peace of mind is not to get swept up in the eddy of confusion. The #tao teaches that the right action always emerges after the dust has settled. Leaving now versus leaving in six months, can it make such a difference that it's worth our anger or anxiety?
