@HMRCcustomers how are we meant to sort out ANYTHING with HMRC if we call and get told you're too busy to answer the phones, the live chat sends you to the phone line and there is NO other way of contacting you????

@HMRCcustomers I went on the webchat and it says there are no advisers available and it directs you to the phone line. I am being chased by HMRC for payments but HMRC will not speak to me. What am I meant to do?

@HMRCcustomers How am I meant to contact you when I have waited over 40 minutes on your phone line TWICE and both times I have been cut off!!!!! I am trying to contact you to set up a payment plan having already done this before but HMRC did not set it up as I requested.
