Lmao..
Adewole Adebayo will not win a single ward in Ondo, his hometown.
Seyi Makinde’s total combined vote across all the South-West states, excluding Oyo, will be less than 100,000.
The game of the SW is quite interesting. Let the APM and SDP candidate share all the votes there. Anywhere you see them, support them.
Winning this election is simple arithmetic. Addition & subtraction.
New York City, wetin dey sup? It was a joy to commemorate 34 years of the Nigerian Day Parade alongside the many Nigerian New Yorkers who fill our city with life.
From the entrepreneurs whose businesses strengthen our neighborhoods, to the sounds of Afrobeats pouring out of graduation parties in Southeast Queens, and the aroma of Agege bread calling out to passersby in Brooklyn — the impact of Nigerian New Yorkers is felt across the five boroughs.
Our city is richer in culture, stronger in community, and more vibrant because of your contributions.
Why must a Yoruba person endure anti-Yoruba rhetorics from you to prove that he/she wants APC out??
So to prove he wants APC out, a Yoruba guy has to agree that Lagos is no Man’s Land and if he doesn’t then he’s for APC?
To prove he wants APC out, he/she must agree that all bigots are bad but Harry, the one against Yorubas is the good one?
To prove he wants APC out, he must agree with you that Lagos voting APC means Yorubas love APC but Enugu voting APC is different?
Okay then, leaving language aside, and thank God you mentioned competence, in what way is GRV better or more competent than KOH? Is it experience? Education?
How exactly is GRV even better than Funsho Doherty?
"If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his language, that goes to his heart."
- Nelson Mandela
That is true. I see it the way we light up when foreigners speak our local language. I see it in your reactions when I type in Yoruba. I see it when non-natives speak your language.
But that is simply about communication. You don't carry power and give somebody merely because of that as the expense of quality governance. The last Governor of Delta and the last CBN Governor are from my village and we speak same language. You don't see me celebrating or defending it. That we speak same language is irrelevant to me if your leadership has no positive impact in my life.
Sensible people do not put language bias above quality of life, because it is a sign of clinical insanity. You really think I would pick someone that speaks my language over a Yoruba or Hausa person that has my best interest at heart? Don't assume we are all foolish because you are.
Mr Kila, appointed pro-chancellor of MCIU in August 2025, has a long list of academic profiles that present him as a well-educated and widely travelled jurist, professor, scholar, accomplished professional, author, and public commentator of repute.

I'm tired of this madness. If fluency in Yoruba language is he only thing you have against GRV, that means he is overqualified for the position. Governance is not done in Yoruba language. Do you want good governance or you just want a Governor that speaks Yoruba and doesn't know what he is doing in office? How many times have Sanwo-Olu spoken to you, before we even address the matter of him speaking to you in Yoruba. He probably doesn't even consider you relevant to address.
When I was in Kebbi state offering legal aids to keep people out of prison, I couldn't speak Hausa. I used an interpreter. That is how the world works in 2026. Nobody cares what language you speak if you can get the job done. If you're doing international business, you'll use an interpreter. If you're in a forum with multinationals, you'll use interpreter.
If yoruba language fluency is your problem. He will use an interpreter to address you. You are too educated to be this foolish in 2026.
To all of you who said good command of the local language of the people one wants to govern in a state does not matter.
One of your agenda merchants said I should tell you that you don’t have sense and something is fundamentally wrong with you.

@Hinkah2 City is dry. Dirty. Filled with people with drug problems. Homeless people. Probably the most terrible 'big-name' city/town in the country. The only thing good about it is the Beech.
Is it a crime to help Nigerians in the UK? 🇬🇧
This Nigerian family helped a Nigerian lady who came to the UK to study just three months ago.
They accommodated her and were collecting £300 for rent. It was cheap because renting around the school area was between £500 and £600.
When the lady got to school and met some friends who later taught her bad stuffs, she later discovered that the people who accommodated her were also renting the property. She then proposed that they reduce her rent to £200, or else she would report them to the landlord.
They disagreed, and eventually, she reported them to the landlord.
The landlord came to the property that same day and told the tenants to vacate the apartment because they had breached their tenancy agreement.
Now, both of them are looking for house.
It’s difficult to help Nigerians in the UK. 🇬🇧
If you still can’t see through this man and the first statement he mentioned, then, you’re a deliberate hypocrite.
At the time when thousands of Nigerians are actively complaining about the delay this particular Airline causes them, you’re out here, using ‘Thanks to them for their early schedules’, watering down the complaints of people!
Tueh!!!
