@its_jessi_grace Agreed, Jessi! My sister & I spotted this cormorant w/ a broken leg in La Jolla, CA. It was flopping around in the waves. We knew it wouldn’t survive so we took it to Sea World who said it was very underweight. Nothing heroic-just compassionate, I guess. Hope they could save it!
