@ShivankShridhar @PMOIndia @HRDMinistry @DrRPNishank @IITGuwahati @DirectorIITG I remember the time when one of the IITG counsellors ON THE MEMORIAL OF STUDENT WHO COMMITTED SUICIDE said that SHE WASN'T UNDER ME. I was appalled by the reply. As if that's the reason you're not responsible for her suicide.
