I genuinely think a time will come when many women will regret supporting the version of feminism being glorified today.

And I’m not talking about equal rights, opportunities, or financial independence.

I’m talking about pseudo-feminism that teaches women they don’t need a man, compromising is weakness, making sacrifices is losing yourself, and that earning money means you should never have to adjust for anyone.

Where respecting your husband is called submission, putting effort into a relationship is considered desperate, and walking away is celebrated more than working things out.

And I think many women will realise how damaging this mindset was, perhaps in their late thirties or forties, when they look back and understand that they were taught to see partnership as a burden rather than something worth building.

I genuinely believe that day is not very far away.

Should a human being be allowed to be a veterinary doctor? Because how can a human being know how to treat a German Shepherd when you have never had the same life experiences as a dog?

Personally I think dogs should treat dogs. Cats should treat cats. That’s the way it should actually be. If this sounds stupid to you, congratulations, your brain is working (and that’s a very rare thing on this app these days).

90% of the ships carrying containers into Nigeria, leave empty. What does this translate, we import more than we export. We don’t produce as much as we export. Imagine those containers don’t leave Nigeria empty, the impact it’d have on the economy.

Also, Nigeria could have easily been the giant of Africa in the maritime industry, you know why? Our location. We’ve direct access to the Atlantic Ocean and by extension, Indian and Pacific Ocean. We could easily become a transshipment hub for other landlocked countries.

Nigeria has one of the biggest drydocks in the whole of west Africa, the Snake Island in Lagos. That could generate massive revenue if it was in full functionality. Vessels coming into Nigeria could go there for refits.

Nigeria is an oil producing state, so why aren’t we sailing MGO, HFO, and Lub oil to foreign ships when they come into Nigeria? Let me tell you why, They’ll adulterate it,
Add water or other liquids to increase the volume. That’s why foreign ships don’t take bunker in Nigeria.

Certification: Nigerian marine given certificates cannot even compete globally. That’s why man Nigerian maritime graduates can get international jobs. Let me not even talk about our population.
