@VFSGlobal when did it become mandatory to pay for UKVI @UKVIgovuk account creation fee at your Lagos Island Office. It is meant to be optional but I was mandated to pay else I won’t be allowed to do biometrics. It’s enough that you have already charged me £76 extra for UPV.
