My unsolicited advise to every filmmaker out there especially in Nigeria is to create. Make short films if you are starting out, submit to festivals, put it on YouTube. Nobody is taking a bet on someone who has never done anything but talks great filmmaking, talk is cheap and no, you don’t need a lot of money to make that short, call your friends and do it together .
