H.E @seyi_amakinde was hosted to dinner yesterday night in Uyo by His Excellency, Governor @MrUdomEmmanuel as part of activities to mark the 32nd Anniversary of the creation of #Akwa Ibom state.
He also attended the Thanksgiving service at Ibom Hall Grounds in Uyo, this morning.

@DoubleEph All have money backing them/or father's pedigree. In 2015 Oyo State gubernatorial election was the most competitive with Ajimobi, Akala, Ladoja. Also out of ~300k votes that went to non-APC/PDP presidential candidates, ~45k was from Oyo. It says something about Oyo State.

@NTAGMN Am very disappointed in the way some parties did their primary election, looking at primaries conducted in APC in my own state (Oyo State). there is no election, what just happened is imposition which is anti Democratic.

ADC Oyo State yesterday; 7th of October, 2018 had a marathon deliberation at a meeting held inside Premier Hotel, Ibadan, to arrive at a positive conclusion on who to be the party's gubernatorial candidate for 2019 election. With the party on course.

Out of 14 constituencies in the state
Only Ibadan southwest and Northwest had their primaries .
Rotimi Ajanaku won the election but was rigged in favour of Saheed FIJABI.
