Paid for "Priority" with @Boltapp @Bolt_UK but driver had broken AC & arrived extremely late.Bolt support then unilaterally closed the chat to run down the clock and now refuses a refund claiming "time elapsed." Disgusting customer service.#Bolt#WorstCustomerService
