The church afterlife was NOT purgatory (a Catholic construct). The producers made this clear. The writers called it the ‘Bardo’ - a concept where after you die, you don’t know you’re dead & your journey is about coming to the revelation that you’re dead, ie: not purgatory. 😊
@LillianHurst70@salirdesi AGREED! Having a pet (or as I called my little girl, ‘family’) is a wonderful way to learn to be a better person given how much empathy and unconditional love they give us. 🥰

friendly reminder that everything on the island was REAL. they didn't die in the crash. they lived and died at different times (some on the island, some years later). the "flash-sideways" church was an afterlife purgatory they built to find each other, let go and move on together
@MKBHD Marques, you missed the actual sickest thing about this photo - the fact that’s the NIGHT side of the Earth (taken with a special camera) with the Sun’s glow visible through the edges of the atmosphere. 😍
Cool image of #ArtemisII, right? Even cooler is when you notice (by the rocket thrusters) it’s not pointed at where the #moon is in the photo, but where it will be at the time of rendezvous in a couple of days. #Artemis#NASA

The latest episode of the #LostTogether podcast, “316,” is now out. It’s a labour of love by #Lostie Joe Greene who is introducing his wife, Morgan to #LOST for the first time to prove it’s one of the best produced/acted in (etc) TV shows of all time…

@Charvettebey 💯
Sadly, there can NEVER be a reunion, reboot etc. As much as it kills me to admit it, here’s why. (Post is from my Fringe Facebook group)…
